Your statement that he voluntarily placed assets into PHGI gives the indication potentially that he just GAVE the assets to PHGI. That is not the case.
John H Beebe did volutarily SELL personal assets that had an acquisition cost to him of $180K to PHGI shareholders for $1.3million.
Was that acquisition a good deal for PHGI shareholders (paying a 7.2X price premium for assets in an industry that is not experiencing appreciation)? I don't know, but putting it through the common sense test that you put out there, it does not appear to pass.
If you are referring to other personal assets that he "put" into PHGI (i.e. didn't SELL to PHGI shareholders at a huge price premium), your common sense test may be applicable (for instance, he could have given PHGI shareholders his failed restaurant, but he didn't)
Am Transmitter $76,256.40 (USED Unknown if used or new at radio stations, New well lets just say $200,000.00), Upgrade antenna $50,000, Building and other extras such as power supplies and generators not to mention contractors to build electrical as well as Transmitter building. Let’s say $150,000 as a fair guess, now ad in software and studio another $75,000. License and permits and engineering, hum add $100,000 ….what else… let’s just work with this,

Bldg $50,000.00
Misc $150,000.00
P/L $75,000.00
Est. Total
$375,000.00 X 2 stations, =$750,000.00 plus $180,000.00 purchase brings us to……$930,000.00

Ok now that’s just a ballpark guess but I bet if we really worked hard and honestly we would find that pretty close IMO.
That’s just COST, Now do we feel like were being taken for a ride on them, Future Revenue was not factored in as well. Someone please tell me where the BAD DEAL is?

I hope John H Beebe and the officers work hard on buying up the free trading shares and leave the riff raff behind. I can imagine there just might be some folks out there suckin up really hard about now.
Now as for the above figures, just my speculation by watching the videos and seeing the sites. I looked up the figures on the internet just as a possible point to ponder. Unlike others I explain why I post something.

Please provide any DD or links to any "Failures" That Mr. Beebe has been involved with. Not rash unsubstantiated mis-leading statements, a real point with FACTs. Can you please do that; we really need to know how reliable your information is.
I mean you are the one who said Crews Distributors had NO tankers and did not deal in Gas and Diesel correct?
