The reason is that they are shorting this stock...my guess is they bought around 5.00 and are now unloading at almost any price to get some profit. It's annoying because I'm gritting my teeth over it as the PPS keeps dropping. However, it's to be expected. I don't expect the PPS to get to where it should be until after hurricane season.
