AMHI's year end is Sept. They can skip the Qs and file the last two years... saving money. I'm guessing they file since the pinksheet listing was only a temp thing to fund omnibodyscan....at least thats what the Dr. told everyone. I don't know where omnibodyscan stands since its still not on the FDA's website. Per everything we were told, if the manufacture only had to do one last thing with the software to get approved, it should have been approved last or this week (assuming it only took them 1-2 weeks to complete the test and submitt everything). Since I still do not see anything on the FDA's website...maybe something didn't pass??? I just don't know...something might be wrong. I'm expecting we get updated very soon. I'm sure if we all start complaining to him he will put out a PR about the status of everything...
