#128651 RE: elliot1234 #128644

Thanks for the kind words Nut and Elliot

The sentiment will change dramatically around here and more importantly in the market place, when first we see 'hard and fast' evidence that NeoMedia's patents can be monetized; to the point that future revenue will bring us to 'cash flow positive' status, and well beyond.

We've heard that the "heavy lifting" has been done for quite some time now. But what specifically does that mean? Does it mean that the qode technology is now integrated with the NeoReader and it is out of 'beta testing' and readied for launch? If so, how will that occur? Will Qualcomm embedd the reader on its chip set? Will Qualcomm join MC2? Will Nokia OEM hardwire the reader in it's Symbian Series 60 cell phones - seeing how their in-house bar code reader was a flop and the fact that they outright own 43-Mil. plus shares of NeoMedia via BlueRun VC? What about BREW, Java, MSFT 5.0 and Blackberry, not to mention Linux open code? What about the qode I presently have downloaded and operating on my Nokia. Will I automatically be sent a NeoReader upgrade via my mobile web browser? How bout a web site where I can download the NeoReader and will it be advertised on social sites like MySpace?

What about carrier access and mass market subscriber adoption? Will Vodafone/Verizon join MC2? How about MSFT and the ending of AURA? Will MSFT join MC2? What happened to Du Pont and the rolling out of bar codes on packaging? We're they actually served a 3rd-Party 'Cease and Decist' notice by McDonnell Boehnen Hulberg & Berghoff, LLC? What about Jay Bonk and his affiliation with Motorola, any headway there? And just who is the speculated $10Mil. equity stake holder anyway? What part will they play in NeoMedia's future PWC space role and will they occupy BOD seats?

The questions are incessant and as always, 1 question leads to another.

During the CC, the opening statement from CH was to provide one thing; revenue. But what will it take to make that happen and in what form will it be? This has been likened to a chess game, with most all pieces 'seemingly' suspended for the longest time. But why?

Physical World Hyperlink Patent War Ahead

Is the patent infringement suit against ScanBuy the proverbial "finger in the dyke" catalyst that one way or another, will cause all other chess pieces to begin moving freely about in NeoMedia's international patent footprint? IMHO, some elite and high ranking people in the PWC space "land-grab" emphatically think so...

I do know one thing for sure; place a flawless and fully integrated 1-D or 2-D bar code reader in the hands of the consumer and turn on the NeoMedia owned Switch that controls all those codes, and the mobile marketing industry will change all things like never before in the history of mankinds communication. The 'Internet of Things' will no longer be a conversation piece, but a reality that has finally come to life.

All the Best, JP
