Great thoughts! As for the reverse merger being completed, I would have to say "kind of" because we have reverse merged on one loop, but the other piece of the reverse merger must transpire to close the complete loop of the triangle.

This post I got typed up explaining that with the WNSH Form 3 and the WNSH share structure is done, but I needed to walk away from it for awhile to really think if things are really going to be this good. I will try to go back later and make that post as conservative as I can. Heck, those that know me know how hard that is going to be for me (LOL).
