It is my understanding that the TA might have been Parkin's doing. It might have been is plan to force the BOD to give up a few more of their shares to pay them, so he could then buy them from the TA??? Also I am being told that they are still on board, despite what they are telling us. Perhaps they got tired of all the calls or the check is in the mail, not sure.
