I have no clue why anyone who has invested in this stock right now has any concern as to when, why, or how this stock trades on any other exchange....There is no logical explanation why this topic would be discussed today while we sit at 1c.
We had a great day and we've had great days before, and we'll have more great days and there will be some bad days too....but all this talk about AMEX or NASDAQ is a ridiculous topic.
Anyway, with Audited Financials we are looking for Revs/Sales in the Millions and a Modest Profit percentage after all liabilities are paid off.
Going in we know we have some debt that needs to be paid but a lot of that debt is one time debt...so if we have profits now and pay off the debt now...then subsequent quarters and years that profit will be cash on hand to fuel further growth and forthrightly further profits without debt!!!
Right now...there is NO possible industry standard by which we can value our company...other than hope and speculation but at the rate we've been able to pay off other loans and at the rate people are willing to allow us to borrow money we all believe that the numbers will be very positive!!!
Hope this helps...please ignore all talk about other exchanges for at least 1 year.
