I truly believe there is no way Bret would agree to any financing arrangement with such potential to crash the pps; he is amazingly gifted business manager and would have forseen possible consequences of such arrangements and would not have agreed to it; and I know you were not suggesting that Bret engaged in such financing arrangements because you are now a large stakeholder -- I keep counting the 50K lots you have been purchasing until I lost count LOL
