Actually once the company reports any ownership of Wisebuy's, to the SEC; fills the shell. Financials or not. For all shareholders know, the shell may NOT be empty, but can't confirm this!

They reported, in a PR, they executed the 60% share buy and are negotiating for more. All they need to fill the shell is to confirm the PR.

I don't like to see emotion at a message board, because experience has taught me, retrace losses follow, with weak handed beginners. Inexperience traders, just don't know how to sell. That's why 3 leg 3 month PR hype penny play after another. Results with long & strong bagholders or weak handed losses on fear at the wrong time.. And in most cases those are the family men & women which can't afford the losses.

I could care less about the guys with money, that trade for a living, like I do. Or the retired guys that have nothing to do but gamble in the penny market.

I post what I see, to create thought. If readers hear something, have the reasons explained, then see it happen. Maybe they will understand the game better. That's my quest, not image as someone posted.

I am a cold fish trader. That's for sure. I preach low risk, planned trading, because it works best for my wants & needs. Income! If your here for income, think about what I post. If not just try to pick up some TA & charting tips.

But this play is NOT the first stock I've spent much time trying to flatten out emotion on!! Remember message boards have little effect on stock price. But the possible educational posts may help some from future losses.

I mean over half the posts here make no sense. Because the poster doesn't event understand the market they are trading in. Retail shorting a sub penny, for instant. Would like someone to post their brokers phone number, which allowed them to short an OTC penny. And VC dilution by selling converted shares into the open market, before a merger company event reports the basics, needed to become a functioning business. No sense. Then we have reverse split posts & 10 thousand % gain posts. No sense.

I'm trying to put some logic back, when emotion rules the board. Not trying to be correct, just create thought.
