Much as I'd like to always sit on the sidelines, cash in hand, waiting for developments, the problem there is, when a stock looks particularly attractive, accumulating a decently profitable position once the news comes out, can be a hard thing.

I always had a bad habit of showing up too early for the party. I think it goes back to missing a 10-bagger on FPPL 'cause I kept waiting for one click cheaper before buying.
