Exactly the MM's are holding back volume. They did it yesterday and have done it for ever to keep volume down. This way the stock does not draw to much attention. Yesterday we have order in for .0002 and none of them filled and then after the close we had 20 million go off at .0002 but the MM's would not fill any .0002 in regular trading.
