They should CC and then PR IMO, based on the market response to the last PR.

The market typically isn't always overly impressed with news about deals that are going to close "within the next 90 days" like the 2 million ouncer, so the only PR I would like to see prior to the CC would be a PR about a definitive deal that has closed and is done and completely wrapped up with nothing more to do.DONE, DONE and more DONE, not pending that could fall through.

It would be a bad move for them to PR fluff prior to the CC IMO.
