The company had filed for Form 15 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily terminate the registration of its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and to suspend its obligation to file reports under Sections 13(a) and 15(d) of the Exchange Act.
This had put MMRK on pink sheet but this is still be a reporting pink.I think the Auditing fee was much of a burden ,they can save a lot of money by going non reporting.
