or even a pr saying that they had xxx in revenues coming into SPRL, not the JV, but into the top part of the SPRL balance sheet. dont see how this could be a conflict in any way with ongoing operations. everyone BUT the company has said that there are revenues coming in. they size is unimportant at this point...
