What do you have to be positive about here

1) Audit is 10 months late

2) Not one statement/announcement has ever been confirmed

3) No proof of profits

4) No liquidity

5) The stock no longer trades!

I'd be real careful dumping another $100k here, maybe SPY, GE DVY, WFC or WMT would be a better place to stash some cash (IMO)
