As we have discussed, Dan could do this in 2 ways.

1) PR 40 billion reduction, pump/dump, RS. Game over.

2) PR building a legitimate business, slow and steady with real revenues. PR to the new markets of healthcare and pharmecueticals to address a larger market. Attract new investors. Then start lowering the OS.

I pick option 2.
