With 10 Billion AS, now would be the time for New investors to come aboard.<<<<<<<<<<Nope..that would just create more bagholders..same goes for averaging down.I refuse to buy more and throw good money after bad.Thank Goodness I didnt have that much invested.If the breaking ground PR on the 20th was done AFTER the A/S increase PR we might have had a chance to rally on the news..The order of the PR's tells me its just another pinkie scam and Berman's strategic plan will only make him money.Easy come,easy go
