Patrick had experience (WRA) and has numerous connections there in Boca Raton. He essentially set the whole thing up and formed the company with acquaintences who...errr...'specialize' in the pinksheets and their share structures. When RRGI was being created it was he who did all the legwork and was running around Boca getting things organized.
