The only thing you will see is an SEC filing re the clarification of the issued, the payoff of Cornell debt and then you will see Wisebuys financials! That's it!
I agree lots of folks are remaining skeptical, however Tom and DeDe did found Wisebuys so it's hard for one to imagine that audits would turn up anything that they didn't already know about.
