I decided to call Jeremy myself to find out anything. Per my short conversation with him, yes, his contract expired. He did have a 120 day contract which just expired recently and they havent contacted him to extend it. He is still a shareholder and holds hope. Regarding the T/A. He basically said AURC never really intended to use Heritage in the long term as AURC wants to find somebody in the U.S., not Canada. My feeling on this is they were pressured to find a T/A right away since the old T/A was no longer a valid T/A (faiross/select i believe), so they found the most convenient and/or closest one somebody could find right away.
