The more I read, the more confusing it gets to me. As I see it, SWVC actually own Zilth at this point other than an empty shell waiting to be filled by Wisebuys, Hackett's and whatever else Tom decides to throw in. Everyone is so excited by the Audits, but how is that going to effect us? Those 2 company's and the Merger belong to Seaway Capital at this point ---- Not SWVC. Am I just not seeing it, or can someone give me simple explanation? Seems that Yes, there would be a real buzz and a BIG pps if we were invested in Seaway Capital, Inc. So, that being said, does Seaway Valley Capital Corporation have any Assets right now? That would explain to me the Sub-Penny value of an Empty Shell.
