Averaging down is suicide. Costs of drilling are way too expensive and he will do anything necessary to get that money and make himself rich at the same time while destroying shareholder value.

$1,719,130 is the current market cap...

This is NOT that much different than it has been these past 5 months!

If we are sitting on the proven ore reserves that have been disclosed...I'm beginning to wonder what might be really going on with the increase in shares?

I understand this, if Mr. Berman needs to prove our assets and if he has the potential to make a big deal, he needs some vehicle of funding to do so. If there is a big news on the horizon, and he needed alot of shares to do the deal, I can understand the tiptoeing around in not making it show up in highly visible places for as long as he could to help prop the share price until such time he can make any announcements.
