Take a look at aztc.pk Thats one that Belmont Partners have done the same thing for back in march timeframe. Meuse in particular.

The PPS from March throughout the process has come up to the .011 range (from .003 I think...going off memory).

They have been doing this since 95 and highly doubt they would throw their name and reputation down the toilette for a pump and dump.....
