Thanks for the info. So Briner used Nexus to sue WHKA and then WHKA filed a countersuit against all parties involved?

I don't think this is accurate. A default judgment against the plaintiffs on the counter-claims does not mean the original claims for breach of contract, etc. are dismissed.
