Stated a BTS board here on ihub. Kind of a spin-off for those that have a hard time with Yahoo. Forum is a little different, but I think the foundation is good.

KP - What is the significance of the S-8 filing?

Does it mean that the shares are immediately free trading?

I find it interesting that the Law firm has a price adjustment clause while the others do not.

Optimistic view: The lawyers\consultants have faith in the company to take shares in leu of payment.

Pessimistic point of view: Cash flow is so poor that they cannot pay their bills and hope the open market can be used to pay creditors.

I guess time will tell.
