For kicks I hit the LGL irons against the MP-60 and MP-67 at Golfsmith. I averaged over 11 yards more with the LGL irons with the same swing speed. The ball speed off the face increased by 20-30.

Finally got a hold of Sean and hopefully I'll get the order for the 6 iron squared away soon. I'm excited to have a club in hand and to have my golfing friends try it out. The guy I know who owns the golf course will be borrowing it for a long weekend in October and he'll have a bunch of people try it out. When I was describing the club to him and asking him questions about specs he asked me if the shaft was made of graphite. I said, "No, it's scandium." He was like, what the heck is that? So, he seems excited about it, too. It also shows that the word scandium is not common in golf, yet. This guy owns a course and hasn't heard of it until now.
