#50 RE: smurfgizmo #49

First of all, you are right, today was my first day on ihub. inasmuch, I was unable to post more than my previous three messages today. But now since the clock has struck midnight, I am free to respond. . .

you said:

This is a emerging company as are most pinks

my respose:

Most companies on the pinks are not "emerging", most as in more than 50%, have little to no chance of ever getting off the pinks.

you said:

i expect some of these companies will start turning profits including this one.

my response:

how do you expect this company to fund the necessary expenses to get to profitability with only $86 in the bank? If in the outlandish scenario that this company has substantial revenue positibilites with in the next 12 months, the company would surely need capital to ramp a sales force and to market and so forth. They have no money. Any capital raise would be significantly dilutive, is that worrisome to you?

you said:

Why waste your time warning us if you have no agenda?

my response:

I never said I didn't have an agenda, i just said that I assure you I have no intention of ever buying this stock. It's true value is incredibly close to zero. And zero is down 100% from current prices my friend. To be fair, the company is probably not worth zero. Publicly traded shell companies can be bought for about $30,000. Given that this stock has 150mm shares outstanding, that translates into a price of $0.0002. Perhaps I would have some interst around there.

you said:

i will have to double check the facts but i would bet you are misconstruing them.

my response:

Please sir, fact check everything I have said. I have included links ot everything I have said. I would love to see where you believe that I am "misconstruing". My bet is, you will be unable to interpret what I have said any other way. I have done the dirty work for you, please double check what I have said.

you said:

So why was it ever .58 cents if its so bad for .15 cents?

My response:

Is this statement some bastarized step son of the greater fool theory? Stock promotions trade in completely irrational ways. That is how the promoters are able to profit, irrationality! The only thing all stock promotions have in common, is ultimately they all end with a stock price close to zero. Do you want to still be holdings when that absolute law of stock promotions comes to fruition?

you said:

but i think you lie like a dog!

My respose:

Like I have said, double check everything that I have said, I have given you the references! Don't blame the messanger if you don't like the message.

you said:

you must have lost money on price fall is my only guess

my response:

incorrect. knowing the facts that I have laid out to you, why would i, or anyone rational, ever own this stock?

you said:

attacking a company you act like you have no interest in.

my response:

not to sound like a broken record, but are presenting verifiable facts and letting the reader make his own judgements a form of attacking?

In my list tidbits, of which I have only shown you the beginning, I have a fun little one for you. Please follow this trail:

please click on this link:

Mr. Corry is mentioned in that article. Tell me what you think of what is said:

And if you thought that article is good, wait until you read this one:

Maybe you are of the camp that any publicity is good publicity! But wow, this is the first company that I have ever looked at where one of the individuals listed on the managment team page had those types of credentials!!!!

in my past few posts, I have pointed out that the company is rediculously expensive, managment has "questionable" pasts to say the least, and everyone including the CEO's mom is selling. I ask you again, why are you buying?

again, don't hate the messanger. Have a look at what I ahve pointed out and make your own decision. Is this a company you want to own?

I am away for a few days, but If you would like to ask me any other questions. Please feel free. and as always. cautious investing!
