Drumbah - it's a crock. A very weak attempt to put together a cheesy pennystock roadshow. I like the part about only $24K in "debt" but neglecting to simultaneously mention on the slide the million bucks in Accounts Payable (owed compensation to the insiders).

UnkleMalarkey should pay a PR company to put together a slide deck he can show at his Baptist gatherings to try to gin up new PP suckers. For $50K, a PR firm could put together a plausible slide deck that would not have spelling errors "Pproperties" and reek of cheap hypsterism and obvious bullsheet.
