I'm no stock expert, broker or day trader.
Just a plain ole blue collar worker that
rolled some of my previous company's 401k
accounts to a self directed one.
Read through some of the older posts here
and you will find some INTERESTING links to stuff
about OCTL. Like I said it is my humble opinion
that all they do is find some part of the Country
or World that knows nothing about this stock and
they PUMP UP about what they are GOING to do.
People jump on it and the stock goes up.
Read all these news releases even the OLD ones.
They all pretty much say the SAME thing.
Do a Web search about this company and see what
you can find (other than what the company POSTS).
