Share price (and especially a maximized share price) are formulated (via market transactions) based upon the level of trust and transparency that a company has in the marketplace. Sure, spikes can occur with a POS company, but a sustainable share price that is close to the maximized level is definitely dependent on Trust and Transparency. JMHO
