Agree. Only basing the conclusion on what can be proved. The T/A is reporting #s. We have to assume that at least the T/A has no dog in the fight and is just reporting fact. If the earnings or potential earnings can not be proved...then the verifiable EPS is declining. My only point.

exactly correct... there in lies the problem here... transparency.... we can't seem to get it when it comes to claims... and when we finally get some kind of varification, then it may end up being long after the fact... I.E. progass, oil leases and wells, and other issues... they seem to show a lack of reasonable explanations, almost like well hap hazzardly swept under the rug in the hopes no one sees it...

these guys, pa, rb need to now understand what most pinko companys don't seem to understand today, is that with the internet and highly educated investor/gambling forces out in the world they want clarity and want it now... internets have changed these situations forever... and it seems that this type of management is still trying to do the same old used car tactic that was done years ago in pinko world.... "promiss them anything , but give them nothing"

this must change and these guys need to step aside a.s.a.p. for the company to feel clean again.... they are now hurting the company in my opinion...

in my opinion

Ren,

Your reply is a bit disingenuous as well - an increasing O/S decreases proportionally the value of an increase in earnings of the EPS. The energy, cost, and time to produce higher earnings to offset the higher O/S compared to the energy, cost, time to achieve a similar EPS on a lower O/S can be considerable. We all should be concerned that PBLS has the ability to increase the earnings to match the O/S increases that have occurred to create an equivalent EPS to what would have been achieved at 800 million O/S. If they can do that, hurray. That's what we're all waiting on hearing. But let's not minimize the fact that the effort to do that increases with the increase in the O/S dramatically.
