The spike to .90 occurred on February 23rd, and if I remember correctly was caused by one transaction. The jump up occurred almost instantaneously. Didn't fall back quite as fast, but there you have it. There were no huge buys immediately prior to the spike. No discernable cause for it. The volume for the whole day was about 930k shares.
There's really only one explanation that makes sense, as there's only one type of person in a position to make it happen and that's MMs,imo.
