You can Google " Wedding Anniversaries" and it will tell you what each year should be: 15th is Crystal and for a more modern approach they recommended Watches?! Flowers for the 15th are Roses.

1st thing in the morning...

have the roses. Cook her whatever she
wants for breakfast. If you can't cook,
better start learning "now".
Nice restaurant for dinner. Then later,
a quick shower using a scented soap to
her liking...that thing jvan mentioned...
and lastly, a bubble-bath.

the more little surprises the better, imo. those baskets at bath and body works are nice as well as a couple of trinkets from victoria secrets or flowers or a favorite wine.. gl
