Flydoc, over the years I have dedicated a high proportion of my posts to answering yours.

I will gladly give you a fuller reply by week's end, but now have truckload of work to do (August or not , life is intense around here).

I am a professional and respect professional codes. If you can't understand my compliance with correct conduct (as a 'doc', I imagine you respect the Hippocratic oath!), as a professional in all I do, we may not be able to agree on a few specific points.
