I realize what you're saying, I'm not new to the penny world either, been playing since the mid 90's.

The point of discussion is whether the action here (trading) is dilution.

As far as the raising of A/S and dilution, I think everyone pretty much expected that it would rise to pay for acquisitions and such on a restrictive basis, meaning they woud not go into the float for a while.

But even if they fully diluted the 500M, we are talking tens of millions in revenue if not more, which makes us considerably undervalued at this point. And, if you had followed my posts, my goal is to see this go to .05-.10 or above, which I still think it will do easy IMO.

EXACTLY cybercall. THat is my point too. THe deception is sad, and to see Dr Dre in this mix is even more telling. IMO, these guys don't care about their investors; only themselves. None of what is happening right now is beneficial to the stock holeder. These new pinky ceos and management fail to understand that it is the existence of the common stockholder that makes their dream of a public company possible. Yet, they operate the company like its some private venture and the profits are all for themselves. Very sad. I am disgusted with ISBL and it's CEO /Management.
