As much as I'd like to think otherwise, it only means shipping to the testing facility where in vitro testing will begin shortly and in vivo will follow.
As for revenue, the $5 million defense appropriation is still going to NNVC to pay for the testing material and other costs associated with the DengueCide project. This money is now in the appropriations bill for the budget year 2008, which begins in October. I would imagine that some, but certainly no where near all, will go to WRAIR to help support and speed the testing process.
