AA: Thank you for your opinions. I have no problem with honest opinions, stated as opinions, even if they are wrong or not what we would like to hear as long as they are reasonable and have SOME basis in fact.. I have a GREAT problem with gloom and doom opinions that seemed designed just to rain on our parade just when the band is starting up. Blame it on being a grumpy old man but I have NO tolerence for people who get their kicks by trying to take the joy for others out of everything.

Hi AA - long time no speak! Do you think the timing of Offor's decision to resign as chairman could have anything to do with a buyout of the company ? i.e. a buyout would only take place after Offor resigned.
