Imanjen, I think you are on the right track in regard to GDR's interest.

As FMNJ has the "right" to work with the Bolivian government on the GLT project, I assume that it is selling that right to GDR. Two things come to mind from this.

First, what is the right worth in light of the immense cost to construct the plant? Apparently, FMNJ does not have capital invested and is selling its paper interest so would the sale result in a finders fee?

Second, I believe that FMNJ should not pay the dividend. Two billion shares outstanding will make the payout miniscule on a per share basis. I think management should apply the proceeds to the mining operations to maximize their potential.
