Prior to Friday the outstanding shares was believed to be 23 million and the float 4.1 million.

The stock sold off on little volume from .007 to $.002 on Friday. To me it looked like someone was trying to liquidate and there were no bids in to take the shares. The bid kept going lower until finally it dropped to $.002 before rebounding nicely. I was able to get some at $.0025 and $.0035. I'm riding freebies now which is always nice.

When a stock goes from $.006 to $.002 to $.0012 and closes at $.01 a lot of the volume is from flippers who were able to get in and sell for 50-100% IMO. I still think the float is not that big, but we have no way of confirming that until we get the correct info. Watching it trade can give us some indication though.

The more I find out about Crawford Shaw (the new CEO) the more I like this play. IEAM is on the NASDAQ, and is not a dilution - reverse split machine like the majority of pinks. To me this means a lot. We are getting a CEO that took a company from the pinks to the OTCBB and it now trades on the NASDAQ. That is what we hope for when we buy a penny stock.
