This is great! I have been burned before and learning the hard way. When you say this, do you mean at the close or anytime during the day when it breaks resistance at .13 on the bid side. THX!

Dude, I love this post!!!
I tend to be fairly vocal on boards, everyone always assumes that I am trying to buy cheaper. Couldn't be farther from the truth. Sometimes I am, usually I am just looking for th right time to buy. Could be higher than where the PPS is, could be lower.
