USSE isn't making ethanol. You want to get into the permit arena, start making drinkable alcohol fuel. Don't tell the feds you don't need no stinkin' permits for that one or the state.

The AgriMax deal is a written contract that hasn't been made public and the only provision said out loud is that the profits on fuel sales are to be divided 90:10 in USSE/SSTP's favor.
