Nice line. I could not have said that any better. Regarding bell curves, $DJR:$SPX is at the beginning of the right side of its bell curve. It should be a doozy as REITs is in many people's portfolio because it was touted highly for its high returns during the bear market years.

There is nothing like being at the beginning of a bell curve when the bull market is in doubt.
