Will Garr be restricted in selling his shares? Sure he got paid with shares but does he still fall under the CEO rule where he has to registar his shares that he wants to sell and he is only alowed to sell so much per quarter?

IMHO,

If Garr keeps the share price donw until his shares are sellable, than I think he's nothing more than a scammer. How can you have faith in a CEO if you think he is artificially keeping the price down since he can't profit from it.

That speaks volumes!!
