Maskers, that equation put into words would be

Less then five factorial divided by twenty.

Five factorial is broken down by multiplying 5 times 4 times 3 times 2 times 1. 5*4=20........20*3=60...........60*2=120......120*1=120

Divide 120 by 20 =6

The question people were asking Oilphant was if he knew what the price would be for a possible buy in or buy out. He answered in typical oily fashion with that equation.

His answer was Less then 6 bucks.
