Alot of people talk about what a great management team has been assembled here. But, something has been bothering me.

If they are such a great financial team, why couldn't they get venture capital to start the company? Why couldn't they drum up $50M in cash and just start out on the AMEX?

I've seen quite a few high tech startups come and go in the last 10 years and each of them has burned up 10-66M on a great idea before going down in flames.

1.) So what really makes them so wonderful?

2.) If they were used to working with Fortune 500 companies, why are they here, and not working with Fortune 500 companies any more?

3.) What's so unique about it? I haven't seen a single product they offer that doesn't have a direct competitor which will win some of the competitions.


4.) How come they have to pay for so much stock promotion? Couldn't they just call thier old buddies at the fortune 500 companies and say, "hey. I got my small business off the ground, come on over and grab a million shares while they are still cheap".

hurry up, there are only 2 million on the market, er 3 million on the market.


thank God those shorters are providing liquidity because this stock traded 10% of the float today.

Your posting on the company is excellent. I could not write it any better. You know these managers are first class. Everytime I call and ask a question I talk to a manager or director. They are not afraid to talk to the holders. Most of these pink sheet or OTC never talk to you. These people have nothing to hide. This is a unique situation. It should be the next MSFT, INTC, CISCO. We have to take a little more pain but I feel we have turned the corner. I do personally think some of the shorts have a person issue with an individual handling the stock. I will leave it at that.
I would really like to here your advise on stocks. If people here don't want use to talk about other quick ideas then maybe you could send them off line.
