I disagree that they needed to create some problems in order to grow without chains on their hands. They could have grown while being transparent regarding share count, financials, contracts (AFTER completion of deals), etc. Being a transparent pinky does not mean filing EDGAR forms nor does it mean coming under SEC oversight. JMHO
Hey Just, As of a few days ago short interest was approx only one days worth of volume. IMHO you are way off on your number and your theory of shorts. I reiterate from earlier today anybody who is knowledgable and shorted already got out. There is little downside to this stock at this point. why komex is not cofirmed yet? why we have to soffer the uncertanty all the time with this company? can they just say is a done deal here it is. there always have to be a cloud over thos promising pinkyes and most of the times turns out to be BS. hope is not the case for this one.
