I didn't see any mention of restricted shares in the pinksheet filing either. Did the TA specifically mention restriced shares? If so, then there are common shares, preferred shares (Series I, II and III) AND restricted shares. Thus those restricted shares must have been lumped in with either the Preferreds or the commons for the pinksheet filing. Correct?
