Rafael Moro is within Dr. Moro's immediate family because he was one of the parties involved with the family owned "bio Largo" transaction with biocurex back in 2001. Bio Largo was a xhell set up by Dr. Moro and held his patents but lets not get any deeper into that any more.
Rafael is not active in running BioCurex and as far as I know, he is just an employee of Pacific BioSciences but those employees are indeed getting BioCurex stock options.
