Realperson! A late dividend is not my concern
My concerns are:
1. Trust: PBLS needed to build their trusts among investors in example of 6 cents preferred deal. A small money involved here, so why not PR announced check pay out date, on time, the only way to get more certs in for the 8 cents deal, they failed to do so, once folks loss faith, very hard to rebuild their trusts.
2. Communicate: There are no explanations for not returning phone calls.
3. Opportunities: There are quite so many announcements which were not follow though. This dividend thing is an opportunity for PBLS to tell the world that PBLS is for REAL (cash cow) and investors should be confident to INVEST their money no matter in commons or preferred, but I think they blew it (at least to me), even if says the checks in the mail today, they even sent it out Aug 13, so what? There is no announcements, no communication, and the info was from someone on the message board...

I still believe PBLS is one of the best stock in the pinkie land, but they need to learn how to build trusts among investors, communicate, and take advantage of any opportunities to build investors faith in order for a long term successes.
