I think BUY-STOP is what you want.
But true - BBs don't honor them

I think it will be dangerous to do that with pennies, imo. The MM's can temporarily move the price of the penny stock up to the buy stop limit and then immediately bring it down and trust me there is no sec protection for bb stocks. This idea works better with big cap stocks. I suggest you mentally watch the stock and buy it after you are sure it has broken beyond your anticipated safe entry point.
